Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you enquire about, book or travel on a Cruise Asia programme.
Last updated: January 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Cruise Asia website and the travel, tourism, Hajj and Umrah services we arrange. By submitting an enquiry or confirming a booking with us, you accept these terms. If you are booking on behalf of a group, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for every traveller in that group.
2. Enquiries and quotations
Information on this website, including indicative pricing in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), is provided for guidance only and does not constitute a confirmed offer. A quotation becomes a confirmed arrangement only once we have issued written confirmation and the required deposit has been received.
3. Pricing and payments
All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit unless stated otherwise. Prices depend on travel dates, group size, room category, availability and supplier terms, and may change before a booking is confirmed. A confirmation deposit secures your place on a programme, with the balance generally due before final documentation is issued. Payment terms are stated on your quotation.
4. Changes and cancellations
Cancellation and amendment conditions depend on the suppliers involved, including airlines, hotels and ground transport providers, and are set out on your quotation at the time of booking. Where a supplier charges a cancellation fee, that fee is passed on. We will always explain the applicable conditions in writing before you commit.
5. Passports, visas and health requirements
Every traveller is responsible for holding a valid passport, obtaining the correct visa, and meeting any health and vaccination requirements for their destination. We provide document checklists and coordination support, but final responsibility for the accuracy and validity of travel documents rests with the traveller. We are not liable for costs or losses arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation, or from a traveller being refused boarding or entry.
6. Travel insurance
We strongly recommend that every traveller arranges comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellation, personal belongings and, where relevant, pilgrimage travel. Insurance is not included in our programmes unless expressly stated in writing.
7. Changes made by us
Occasionally, arrangements must change due to supplier availability, weather, security advice or other circumstances outside our control. Where a material change is required, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and offer a comparable alternative or, where appropriate, a refund of amounts not yet committed to suppliers.
8. Liability
We act as an organiser and coordinator of travel services and arrange services provided by third-party suppliers. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the affected arrangement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, nor for events beyond our reasonable control.
9. Force majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delay in performing our obligations where the cause is beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, epidemics, civil unrest, transport disruption, government action or events affecting the holy sites.
10. Conduct and group travel
Travellers are expected to respect local laws, customs and the sanctity of religious sites. For group departures, the group coordinator appointed by us may make operational decisions necessary to keep the programme on schedule. We may decline or end services where behaviour places other travellers, staff or suppliers at risk.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, layout, branding and imagery, is owned by or licensed to Cruise Asia and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission.
12. Website content
We take care to keep website content accurate and current. Descriptions, imagery and indicative pricing are provided in good faith and may be updated without notice.
13. Governing terms
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdictions where Cruise Asia is registered and operates. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith discussion with our team.
